Meet our Leadership
Ashutosh
Advisor
Ashutosh serves as an advisor to U-Reg, leveraging over 20 years of experience in building enterprise-ready solutions for regulated financial institutions. He previously served as the Program Architect for Thomson Reuters’ “KYC as a Service Utility” in Singapore, a pioneering RegTech initiative. Ashutosh is a Partner at Centelon, a multinational IT services and products company with over 400 employees, and the CEO of Sibiliti, part of the Centelon Group. Asutosh provides strategic technical leadership to U-Reg, helping shape its enterprise architecture, scalability, and technology strategy.
Florian
Founder
Florian founded U-Reg and has led the company since its incorporation, driving the vision to transform regulatory compliance through innovative technology solutions. He brings over 25 years of financial services experience, having served as Managing Director at two major European banks where he built and led sales teams across Asia, gaining deep insights into the regulatory challenges facing financial institutions across jurisdictions. Florian actively contributes to the broader fintech ecosystem, currently serving as Chair of the RegTech Subcommittee of the Singapore Fintech Association.
Vincent
Advisor
Vincent serves as an Advisor to U-Reg, bringing over 20 years of experience in enterprise IT and financial services innovation. As APAC CTO at Red Hat, he leads strategic technology engagements with major financial institutions and has been recognized among the ‘Top 10 CTOs in APAC’ by Technology Magazine (2023). Vincent is also a member of the Technical Oversight Committee at the Fintech Open Source Foundation (FINOS). His guidance helps U-Reg align with best practices in open source and cloud-native architecture.
